Personnel Associates

Personnel Associates, Inc. has specialized in the placement of people in the publishing industry for over 26 years. The firm was founded in 1982 and has focused mainly on educational, scientific, technical, medical and reference publishing. Steve Ganz has 18 years of solid experience in printing, custom publishing, advertising and marketing for Fortune 1000 companies, as well as sales and computer expertise.

In 2005 Steve recruited Kirk Hines to bring his twenty plus years of hiring and HR experience to Personnel Associates. With an advanced degree in educational leadership and deep experience as a teacher and school administrator, Kirk has a great understanding of the importance of educational publishing both in the K-12 and higher education markets. Hiring managers have learned that getting the "RIGHT" people in place is absolutely critical to the overall success and profitability of an organization. They have found that simply running an ad in the newspaper or industry publication will often just get them a stack of resumes from out- of- work and often unqualified people.

Sorting through these hundreds of resumes is time consuming and less productive than the results obtained by a good search firm, such as Personnel Associates, Inc. After discussing your specific needs with us in detail – Personnel Associates, Inc will review our expansive database and check with our contacts in the industry to provide you with a focused list of qualified candidates. Rather than hundreds of resumes that may or may not yield appropriate candidates – we will provide you with candidates that will very closely fit your EXACT needs!

The best part of all of this is, if you choose to work with us on a contingency basis, you pay nothing unless you hire one of our top notch candidates! We are that confident that Personnel Associates, Inc. can bring you the people you are looking for. Thousands of people in the industry have their resumes confidentially on file with us. Most are not actively seeking a position but want to be made aware of any opportunities that fit their skill set and are in a geographical area desirable to them.
