You can undergo treatment in any one of the Network Hospitals and walk out without paying any of your medical expenses, which are covered under Health Shield Online Insurance policy. All you need to do is call TPA on the 24-hour helpline and take an authorisation. All your expenses will be settled directly with the hospital (subject to exclusions and conditions).
